Below is a brief overview of the most important general terms and conditions:

Smoking / Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in our salon.

Personal treatment

As we are concerned with your and your loved one’s safety and the treatments are all about you, we prohibit children or pets in the salon unless agreed otherwise.

Food

To prevent contamination during treatments, no food should be consumed during treatment.

Cancellation / late arrival

Can't keep an appointment you already made? That can happen. Please give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Late notice? Then we will charge you for 50 per cent of the planned treatment, with a minimum of 20 euros (or the full amount if the treatment costs less). This is because due to the short notice we cannot make anyone else happy with the free spot.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, the treatment will either be postponed or shortened. Postponement in this case is considered a cancellation.

Infections

The treatment is discontinued if bacterial or viral infections are found. In that case, you will be referred to a general practitioner.

Both when visiting the website (by explicitly accepting the pop-up window) and when making an appointment, you have taken note of our general terms and conditions and you accept them and are bound by the salon rules of Beautiful Nails by Linde.
